That’s why we offer a 30-day trial return period—if you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note: replacement parts are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Free Replacement Parts (Within 3 Months)

    Receive free replacement parts within 3 months from the date of purchase with proof of receipt and pictures of the damaged, defective, or missing part(s). We replace parts that wear out quickly, are damaged, or have exposed threads from scratching posts.

    Send us an email with the following:

    customerservice@petpalsgroup.com

    1. Send a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase with the date and where you bought it.

    2. The product name/SKU number (or a picture if unknown).

    3. Pictures of the damaged part(s).

    4. Your shipping address for the replacement part(s).

    5. (Optional) The PO Number can be found on your cat tree's box. Providing it helps us improve our service and exceed your expectations!

  • Discounted Replacement Parts(3 to 6 Months)

    If it has been more than 3 months but less than 6 months since your purchase, you may qualify for discounted replacement parts with proof of receipt and pictures of the damaged part(s).

    1. A picture of your receipt/proof of purchase.
    2. The product name/SKU number (or a picture if unknown).
